Privacy

Personal data

This page explains the data processed when you browse the website or contact Internet Intelligence Service, its purposes, retention and your rights. It covers the contact form, technical data, search tools and Google AdSense advertising.

Data controller and contact

The data controller for the Internet Intelligence Service website is Alexis Roux ZG, 8 rue Lamarck, 75018 Paris, France. For questions about personal data or to exercise a right, use the confidential form or email contact@internet-intelligence-service.com. Publisher and hosting information is provided in the legal notice.

What data is collected?

The form may collect your name, organisation or context, email address, mission type and the message describing your situation. These fields allow the request to be understood and answered without requiring a complete case file at the outset.

Do not submit passwords, banking details, identity documents, access secrets or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the initial assessment. A factual summary, a few dates and the main public references are generally enough to determine whether the request falls within scope.

The hosting infrastructure may also process technical data strictly necessary to deliver and secure the pages, including the IP address, request date and time, requested resource, browser type and any error messages. These logs are not used to build a commercial profile.

Why is it used?

Contact-form data is used to receive, assess and handle your request, respond to you, review the feasibility and legality of a possible mission, and manage the resulting exchanges. Assessment may lead to a request for clarification, a narrower proposed scope or an explanation that the matter cannot be handled.

Your information is not sold, rented or added to an automated marketing database. Its use remains connected to the enquiry you initiated and to the next steps you choose to take.

Legal basis and retention

Enquiries about services are processed on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, where applicable, performance of a contract. Other correspondence and website security rely on the legitimate interest in answering requests and preventing abuse, subject to your rights. Statutory retention relies on legal obligations. Advertising trackers requiring permission rely on your consent.

If a mission is accepted, additional data-processing information may be provided according to its purpose, participants and specific obligations. The form checkbox acknowledges this policy; it does not constitute consent to advertising cookies.

Information is retained for the time needed to assess, handle and follow up the relationship, then deleted or archived where continued retention is required to meet a legal obligation, establish a right or address a dispute.

Recipients and security

Information is limited to people responsible for assessing or handling the request. If a specialist must be involved, access is limited to what is necessary for that person's role and the scope agreed with the client.

Hosting and email providers may process data necessary to provide their services. Contact-form data is not intentionally sent to Google for advertising personalisation. Google and its partners' advertising processing is separate and described below.

The form applies controls to limit automated and unauthorised submissions. As no web channel can guarantee absolute secrecy, send a concise first message without attachments, login credentials or unnecessarily sensitive material. A more appropriate channel can be agreed later if the case requires one.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing. A reasonable identity check may be required to prevent disclosure to a third party.

Email contact@internet-intelligence-service.com or use the confidential form to describe your request. Requests are normally answered within one month, with an extension where legally permitted. You may complain to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.

Necessary cookies

The form uses a session cookie to prevent unauthorised submissions and limit repeated messages. It lasts for the browser session and has no advertising purpose. Blocking it may prevent the form from being submitted.

Google AdSense advertising

The website integrates Google AdSense. Third-party providers, including Google and its advertising partners, may use cookies or identifiers to serve and measure advertisements and prevent fraud. Depending on your choices, ads may be personalised based on visits to this website or other websites. These services may process your IP address, browser and device information, advertising identifiers and interactions with ads.

Where the law requires consent for trackers or personalisation, it must be obtained before the relevant processing. You can refuse these uses or withdraw your consent. You can also manage personalisation in Google My Ad Center and manage or delete cookies in your browser. These settings do not replace consent required on the website.

For recipients, cookie lifetimes and Google's processing, see how Google uses data on partner websites, its cookie information and privacy policy. Other advertising partners also apply their own privacy policies.

External services and transfers

OSINT filters and the search launchpad work in your browser. These tools do not send your typed search terms to Internet Intelligence Service. Opening a prepared search link sends the query to the selected provider under its own privacy policy.

Google and some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, are described in their data-protection documents. Review those documents before using an external service.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the website and its services evolve. The date below identifies the latest update.
